William Tell and his son

One face depicts William Tell standing with a crossbow over his shoulder and his son beside him. The surrounding inscription identifies the Oberhasli field-shooting event, with 1984 below the figures between cross motifs.

Seated Helvetia and 50-franc value

The opposite face features seated Helvetia extending one arm, with a Swiss-cross shield at her side and foliage behind. The denomination 50 Fr. appears to the left, while 0.900 is visible beside the design. The redemption inscription states EINLÖSBAR IN MEIRINGEN BIS 27. MAI 1984, recording the original redemption location and deadline. This is offered as a historical collectible, not as presently redeemable currency.

Condition and appearance

The photographs show reflective silver-coloured fields and raised design details, with visible fine lines and scattered marks. No numerical grade, proof designation or third-party certification is assigned. Please examine both photographs closely for individual surfaces and appearance; reflections and marks on the flip's plastic window may also affect the images.

The fine-silver weight and mintage quoted above are handwritten on the cardboard holder and have not been independently verified for this listing. No gross weight or diameter is asserted.

Collecting appeal

An attractive thematic addition to a Swiss shooting collection, a selection featuring William Tell or Helvetia, or a collection of event-related denominations. Both supplied photographs show the specific piece offered.
