Has my order shipped?

  Click the "My Account" link at the top right of our site to check your orders status.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking # once your package has shipped. Simply click on the tracking number and you will be taken to your shipping status page.

Where do you ship?

We will ship any item to anywhere in Canada. Some items can be shipped overseas but please contact us first as some countries have restrictions on what types of numismatic items they will accept.

We are currently suspending shipping to the USA. Recent rule changes for mailing to the US, including required paper work and tariff issued, have made things difficult for shipping to the US, so for now we are no longer offer shipping to the US. Hopefully that will eventually be straightened out.

What are your store hours

We are currently open:

Wednesday to Friday Noon to 5:00pm

Saturdays Noon to 4:00pm

Closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays

What is your guarantee?

All items we sell are guaranteed to be authentic! If you receive and item that you have concerns about, please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can make it right. Any items that are deemed to have been sold as "not authentic" will receive and full refund (including original shipping) and we will pay to have it shipped back.

Any coins that have been removed from any authentication/grading holder will be void of our guarantee.

Do I nee an appointment?

No. We generally have at least 3 staff in the store and can handle any collection that comes in. In certain circumstances we can make an appointment to assess collections. Please get in touch if you feel an appointment is needed.

Is there a fee to assess my collection?

We do not charge a fee to assess collections for purchase.

If you require a written appraisal for insurance or estate purposes then we do charge $175 per hour to generate this type of document. Please get in touch to discuss what is needed.
