1966 Topps Batman #9 Face of the Joker – Canadian Printing
The Joker's enormous grinning face looms over a gathering of crime bosses on this striking vintage Batman card. The illustrated scene pairs the villain's pale face and vivid expression with a blue background and a bat-shaped title panel. Encapsulated by SGC and graded 5 EX, this example is the scarcer Canadian printing, identified by the PRTD. IN CANADA marking on the reverse.

Scarcer Canadian printing
The printed Canadian origin marking distinguishes this version and adds interest for collectors of Canadian-printed trading cards. Its dramatic Joker artwork makes it an appealing addition to a villain-focused collection, a classic Batman set or a display of vintage non-sport cards.
The Joker makes an entrance
The orange reverse describes crime bosses gathering for another meeting before the lights go out and chilling laughter fills the room. A large face projected onto the wall announces the Joker's arrival as he explains that his men have been watching for a traitor. A Batman illustration accompanies the text. The reverse identifies this as No. 7 of 11 Batman vs. The Joker cards and invites collectors to complete the series of 55 Batman cards.
