Scarcer Canadian printing

The printed Canadian origin marking distinguishes this version and adds interest for collectors of Canadian-printed trading cards. Its character-focused artwork makes it an appealing addition to a Riddler collection, a classic Batman set or a display of vintage non-sport cards.

The Riddler has escaped

The orange reverse opens with Commissioner Gordon announcing the Riddler's escape as Batman and Robin enter his office. Batman contrasts the Riddler's unpredictable mischief with the schemes of the Joker and Penguin. A Batman illustration accompanies the text. The reverse identifies this as No. 1 of 11 Batman vs. The Riddler cards and invites collectors to complete the series of 55 Batman cards.
