Queen Victoria portrait
The obverse depicts Queen Victoria facing left, with surrounding royal lettering and CANADA below. The reverse displays the crowned denomination 25 CENTS above the date 1892, enclosed by a maple-leaf wreath tied at its base.
Condition and appearance
The photographs show grey to charcoal toning, with lighter highlights on raised details and darker colour around the lettering and wreath. Wear is visible on the higher portions of the portrait and reverse design, consistent with a circulated coin. Scattered marks and fine lines are visible in the supplied images. The ICCS label assigns EF45 and does not state an additional variety or finish designation.
Please inspect all three photographs for the individual coin's surfaces, toning and holder condition. Reflections, scratches or marks on the plastic packaging may affect its photographed appearance.
Collecting appeal
A certified Victorian-era Canadian quarter for a date collection, a Queen Victoria denomination set or a broader collection of Canadian silver coinage.
Housed in the pictured ICCS sealed holder. Tampering with the sealed holder invalidates the certification opinion; have the holder replaced if the inner package or seal is not intact.
The ICCS-certified coin shown is the exact coin you will receive. Guaranteed authentic.
